The Best Kind of Shopping

Today I stopped by the hardware store and nursery and bought some plants. Happy Birthday to me. I got some squash, both crookneck and zucchini, some peppers, 4 different varieties of hot peppers, some sweet potato slips, and some kitchen herbs. I also bought one Stevia plant just to be a risk-taker. They are rather hard to grow here, but I am going to give it another try.this year. I already have cabbage growing, some carrots and radishes, potatoes, spinach, gourds, and a few other things like basil. It's a makeshift garden as I never got anyone to plow mine up. I just have plants stuck everywhere-in flowerbeds, wheelbarrows, deck containers, and compost piles. It's edible landscaping at it's crudest.
